Agentic Risk Visibility

Limited Design Partner Program · Recurring AI-Agent Risk Visibility

Sentinel is a limited design-partner program building recurring visibility into AI-agent permissions, workflow drift, controls, and evidence.

Using evidence provided by your team, Sentinel tests whether documented controls still match operating reality: what your agents can touch, whether anyone is checking their work, and whether you could prove it if a regulator asked. Continuous technical monitoring is planned and is not represented as available today. The program is presented through its operating model and boundaries — not simulated product interfaces.

See workflow reality

See where what your process documents say and what your agents actually do no longer match.

Expose control drift

Watch the things that actually break: who can access what, what happens when something fails, and who gets alerted.

Support defensibility

Get evidence you can actually hand to your auditors, your board, or your regulator.

Program status

What exists today, what is being validated, and what is planned.

Available now

The workflow and control review methodology, evidence mapping, and findings register — delivered today through Shadow Audit engagements.

In design-partner validation

Recurring drift checks and exposure re-scoring cadence, shaped with a small group of partner institutions on their real workflows.

Planned

Continuous monitoring tooling. At every stage, no system access is required: evidence is provided by your team, and nothing connects to your environment.
